Everything was good, great service, stunning location next to recommended Bon Travel/Guardian taxi prior to arrival in Kenya, and beautiful manicured gardens. Got good room with comfortable beds when arrived, truly enjoyed that. It was decorated in a rustic style.

Beach hotel with nice views as a bonus. Air-conditioned and big size room, a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the room. Lots of options for well prepared breakfast.

The location is nice and spectacular as it's very close to the most beautiful beach in the world as well as the taxi/move out of the studio/hangers/bust hose. The rooms are amazing and absolutely perfect with a double bed, 1 bedroom, slippers. Very responsive and professional staff as one would expect.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is amazing - right on the beach with stunning views of the islands. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and had a delicious breakfast at Hemingway's, perfect for starting the day.

The staff at Lily Palm Resort went above and beyond to assist me when I arrived with my pram. They kindly helped me carry it up the stairs, making my stay much easier and convenient. The resort itself is beautiful, with clean beaches and swimming pools. The breakfast and dinner were enjoyable, and the local area offered delicious food and a nearby supermarket. The service overall was exceptional, and I would love to stay at Lily Palm Resort again.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was exquisite, right on the beach with a stunning view of the islands. The gardens here were beautiful and meticulously cared for. The staff were so kind and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was fantastic, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the restaurant and poolside snack bar where I had delicious meals and refreshing drinks.

Parking was a bit of an issue but the hotel staff were happy to help me with this. I highly recommend this venue to any family looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time staying at this resort. The location was perfect with breathtaking views from the stairs. We enjoyed the spacious room with a clean, modern bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lush green gardens. The staff provided excellent service, and the inclusive breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. We also appreciated the convenient leisure facilities such as the pool and the gym.

We faced some difficulties with the Wi-Fi connection, which was not available in our room.

The value for money at Lily Palm Resort was excellent. The rooms were comfortable with AC, and the main swimming pool overlooking the sea was fantastic. The staff treated us with friendliness and always went out of their way to help us, creating a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. The location was perfect, with close proximity to activities, eateries, and sundowner joints.

The only thing I wish could have been better for breakfast was the variety of options.
